- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter natural preferred
- ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
- ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed optional
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-2 tbsp water or milk as needed
- Optional: 1/4acyj: 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts
- Optional: Pinch of salt
Mix oats, protein powder, flaxseed, and optional salt in a bowl.
Add peanut butter, honey, and vanilla; mix until a sticky dough forms. Add water if needed.
Fold in optional chocolate chips or nuts.
Scoop and roll into 12 balls.
Chill on a parchment-lined tray for 20-30 minutes.
Store in an airtight container; serve chilled or at room temp.
