- 3 oz pineapple juice
- 2 oz coconut cream
- 1 cup crushed ice
- Optional: Pineapple slice maraschino cherry

Chill a hurricane glass or a coconut shell.
Blend rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and ice for 15-20 seconds until smooth.
