Creamy Piña Colada with rum and pineapple.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz white rum
  • 3 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 oz coconut cream
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • Optional: Pineapple slice maraschino cherry
  • Suggested Pairings: Fruit skewers sparkling water

Instructions
 

  • Chill a hurricane glass or a coconut shell.
  • Blend rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and ice for 15-20 seconds until smooth.
  • Pour into a chilled glass.
  • Garnish with a pineapple slice and a cherry.
  • Serve with fruit skewers and sparkling water.

Notes

  • Use fresh pineapple juice.
  • Store coconut cream in the fridge for 5 days.
  • Try a virgin variation.
  • Pair with shrimp.
