Instructions
Heat oil in a saucepan; sauté garlic 1-2 min.
Add tomatoes, oregano, basil, thyme, onion powder, sugar, and pepper flakes.
Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt, pepper, or sugar.
Simmer for 15-20 minutes until thickened.
Blend for a smooth texture, if desired; cool slightly.
Serve in a white ceramic bowl or jar with basil, pizza dough, and wine.

Store in the fridge for 1 week or freeze for 3 months.
