Ingredients

large eggs

sugar

cup
melted butter
cooled

tbsp
vanilla
1
tbsp
anise extract

flour

baking powder
Instructions
Whisk eggs + sugar until pale.
Add cooled butter + extracts.
Fold in flour, baking powder, salt.
Drop tablespoon onto hot pizzelle iron.
Cook 30–60 sec until golden.
Cool on rack; dust with powdered sugar.
Notes
Let the butter cool before adding
Store airtight up to 1 month
Try a lemon or a chocolate variation
