Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cold cooked rice
  • 8 –10 oz cooked pork diced
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 cup frozen peas & carrots
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Green onions

Instructions
 

  • Heat the wok smoking hot; stir-fry pork.
  • Add onion, garlic, and veggies.
  • Scramble eggs on the side.
  • Add cold rice; fry 3–4 min.
  • Season with soy, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
  • Toss with green onions; serve hot.

Notes

  • Day-old rice is essential
  • Reheats perfectly up to 4 days
  • Try kimchi or truffle variation
  • Better than takeout
