small onion

of garlic

frozen peas & carrots

eggs

tbsp
soy sauce

tbsp
oyster sauce

tsp
sesame oil
Green onions
Instructions
Heat the wok smoking hot; stir-fry pork.
Add onion, garlic, and veggies.
Scramble eggs on the side.
Add cold rice; fry 3–4 min.
Season with soy, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
Toss with green onions; serve hot.
Notes
Day-old rice is essential
Reheats perfectly up to 4 days
