Bay leaf + thyme

Instructions
Clean and slice leeks.
Sauté in butter until soft.
Add garlic, potatoes, broth, and herbs.
Simmer 15–20 min until tender.
Blend smooth; stir in cream.
Adjust seasoning; serve hot.

Freezes 3 months (add cream after thawing)
