- 1 lb processed cheese cubed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 10 oz 1 can diced tomatoes with green chiles drained
- ½ cup milk
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ¼ tsp chili powder
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- Optional: 1 jalapeño diced
- Optional: Cilantro diced tomatoes

Melt processed cheese and milk over low heat, stirring until smooth.
Add cheddar, tomatoes, spices, and jalapeño; cook 2–3 minutes.
