large head of cauliflower
3
–4 tbsp olive oil
Salt
pepper, garlic powder
Smoked paprika
optional
Instructions
Preheat oven + sheet pan to 425–450°F.
Cut the cauliflower into even florets.
Toss generously with oil + seasonings.
Spread on a hot pan in a single layer.
Roast 25–35 min, flip once.
Optional: finish with Parmesan or lemon.
Notes
Hot pan = maximum crisp
Don’t crowd the pan
Re-crisp leftovers in the oven
