Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet.
Wash, trim, halve, and seed squash.
Slice into ½-inch half-moons.
Toss with oil and seasonings.
Spread in a single layer.
Roast 20–25 min, flip halfway.
Rest 2 min.
Serve in a white ceramic bowl.
Notes
Don’t peel—skin is edible.
Store in fridge 5 days or freeze 3 months.
Try a maple or balsamic variation.
Pair with warm honey.
