Rum Punch Recipe: Tropical and Dangerously Drinkable

Classic tropical rum punch (1 sour, 2 sweet, 3 strong, 4 weak)

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 cups simple syrup or grenadine
  • 3 cups dark/aged rum
  • 4 cups pineapple juice or water
  • Angostura bitters + fresh nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Combine all in a large pitcher.
  • Add bitters + grated nutmeg.
  • Stir well; taste and adjust.
  • Chill or serve over ice.
  • Garnish with fruit.

Notes

  • Fresh lime is non-negotiable
  • Better the next day
