Instructions
Pat salmon cubes dry with paper towels.
Mix flour, spices, and salt in a bowl; set up eggs and panko in separate bowls.
Taste and adjust the seasoning mix with salt or paprika.
Dredge salmon in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with panko.
Heat oil in a skillet; cook bites 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
Serve on a white ceramic platter with dill or lemon.
Notes
Pat the salmon dry for crispiness.
Store in the fridge for 2 days or freeze uncooked for 2 months.
