Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb skinless salmon fillet cut into 1-inch cubes
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp dried dill
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper optional
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 3 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • Optional: Fresh dill lemon wedges
  • Suggested Pairings: White wine tartar sauce

Instructions
 

  • Pat salmon cubes dry with paper towels.
  • Mix flour, spices, and salt in a bowl; set up eggs and panko in separate bowls.
  • Taste and adjust the seasoning mix with salt or paprika.
  • Dredge salmon in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with panko.
  • Heat oil in a skillet; cook bites 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
  • Serve on a white ceramic platter with dill or lemon.

Notes

  • Pat the salmon dry for crispiness.
  • Store in the fridge for 2 days or freeze uncooked for 2 months.
  • Try a gluten-free or air fryer variation.
  • Pair with mixed greens.
