White wine
oregano, basil
Instructions
Brown sausages; remove.
Caramelize peppers & onions.
Add garlic + herbs.
Deglaze with wine; add tomatoes.
Return sausages; simmer 30 min.
Serve on rolls, over pasta, or solo.
