Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 Hawaiian slider rolls
  • 12 slices of cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • ½ cup sliced pickles
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds optional
  • Optional: Fresh parsley extra pickles
  • Suggested Pairings: Beer French fries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire.
  • Taste and adjust the beef seasoning with salt or garlic powder.
  • Form 12 small patties; cook in a skillet 2–3 minutes per side.
  • Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard for the sauce.
  • Slice rolls; layer bottom halves with sauce, patties, cheese, onion, pickles, and top halves.
  • Brush tops with the butter and sesame seeds; bake covered 10–12 minutes.
  • Serve on a white ceramic platter with parsley.

Notes

  • Use fresh beef for juicy patties.
  • Store in the fridge for 2 days or freeze patties for 3 months.
  • Try a vegetarian or spicy variation.
