Smash Burgers:

Burger Sauce:

mayonnaise

ketchup

tbsp
yellow mustard

tbsp
dill pickle relish

smoked paprika

Instructions
Mix sauce ingredients; chill.
Form beef into 4 loose balls; season.
Heat skillet; smash balls into thin patties, cook for 2-3 minutes. Flip, add cheese, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Toast buttered buns for 1-2 minutes.
Assemble with sauce, lettuce, tomato, patty, pickles, and onion.
Serve on a white ceramic platter with fries and cola.
Notes
Use 80/20 beef for juiciness.
Store patties in the fridge for 2-3 days; freeze for 1 month.
Try a vegetarian variation.
