can Spam
cubed

cups
cold cooked rice

tbsp
oil
3
eggs
1
onion + 3 cloves garlic
1
cup
frozen peas & carrots
3
–4 tbsp soy sauce
1
tbsp
oyster sauce
1
tsp
sesame oil
4
green onions
Instructions
Crisp Spam until golden; remove.
Scramble eggs softly; remove.
Sauté onion, garlic, and veggies.
Add rice; fry on high 3–4 min.
Return Spam & eggs; season with soy/oyster.
Toss in green onions; serve hot.
Notes
• Cold rice = no mush
• High heat = best flavor
• Try kimchi or pineapple variation
• Midnight snack of champions
