Instructions
Rinse and drain rice.
Sauté onion and bell pepper 4-5 min; add garlic, cook 1 min.
Toast rice 2-3 min.
Add tomatoes, broth, spices, and peas; bring to a boil.
Simmer covered 15-20 minutes until tender.
Fluff, garnish with parsley and lemon; serve with paella and sangria.
Notes
Rinse rice for fluffiness.
Store in fridge 5 days or freeze 2 months.
Try a spicy variation.
