Mix yeast, water, and sugar; add flour, salt, and oil. Knead; let rise 1 hr.
Mix marinara with oregano, garlic, flakes; taste and adjust.
Roll the dough to 12x16 inches.
Spread sauce, add cheese, pepperoni; taste filling seasonings.
Roll tightly, seal, brush with egg, sprinkle seasoning, and Parmesan.
Bake at 400°F for 20–25 min.
Slice; serve on a white ceramic platter with basil.
