Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F; grease a 9x13-inch pan.
Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; taste and adjust.
Cream butter and sugar; add eggs and vanilla; mix in dry ingredients.
Spread batter in pan; bake 20–25 min; cool.
Beat butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk for frosting; taste and adjust; spread over bars.
Add sprinkles; serve on a white ceramic platter.
Notes
Cool bars before frosting.
Store at room temperature for 3 days or freeze for 2 months.
Try a gluten-free or funfetti variation.
Pair with ice cream.
