pounded thin

cup
seasoned flour

onion + 1 bell pepper
sliced

can diced tomatoes
1
cup
beef broth
Worcestershire + brown sugar
Instructions
Pound steak, dredge in seasoned flour.
Brown steaks; remove.
Sauté onion/pepper, add tomatoes + liquids.
Return steaks; braise 325°F 1½–2 hrs.
Serve over mashed potatoes.
