Tater Tot Casserole Recipe: Hearty and Comforting

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp smoked paprika optional
- 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
- ½ cup milk
- 1 bag 32 oz frozen tater tots
- Optional: Parsley green onions

Preheat oven to 375°F; grease a white ceramic baking dish.
Cook beef, onion; add garlic, spices. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
Mix beef with soup, sour cream, 1/2 cup cheese, and milk.
Spread in dish, top with tater tots; bake 35–40 minutes.
Add remaining cheese, bake 5 minutes. Serve in a white ceramic dish with parsley, green beans, and tea.
