Instructions
Proof yeast in warm milk.
Mix in sugar, butter, pumpkin, eggs, and salt.
Knead in flour 5–7 min.
Rise 60–90 min.
Roll, fill with butter and spices.
Slice into 12; rise 30–45 min.
Bake at 350°F 22–28 min.
Ice while warm.
Serve on a white ceramic platter.
Notes
Knead until smooth.
Store 2 days at room temperature or freeze for 1 month.
Try maple or an overnight variation.
Pair with mimosa.
