pre-baked 9-inch pie crust

–6 large ripe tomatoes
sliced

kosher salt

cup
mayonnaise
1
cup
shredded sharp cheddar
1
cup
shredded mozzarella
½
cup
grated Parmesan
⅓
cup
chopped fresh basil

cloves
garlic
minced
Black pepper + optional cayenne
Instructions
Salt and drain tomato slices for 30–60 min.
Layer tomatoes and cheese-mayonnaise filling in the crust.
Bake at 350°F 35–45 min until golden and bubbly.
Cool 30 min before slicing.
