Toppings:

burger buns

lettuce leaves

Instructions
Mix turkey, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
Form 4 patties with a center indent.
Heat oil in a skillet; cook patties 4-5 minutes per side until 165°F.
Toast buns 1-2 min.
Spread mayo on buns; add lettuce, patty, tomato, onion, and optional toppings.
Serve on a white ceramic platter with parsley, fries, and iced tea.
Notes
Use 93% lean turkey for juiciness.
Store in the fridge for 3 days or freeze for 2 months.
