Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground turkey 93% lean
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • Optional: Fresh parsley marinara sauce
  • Suggested Pairings: Red wine spaghetti

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F; line the baking sheet with parchment.
  • Mix turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, milk, onion, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper; taste and adjust.
  • Shape into 24 meatballs; place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake 18–22 min until 165°F.
  • Serve on a white ceramic platter with parsley.

Notes

  • Avoid overmixing for tender meatballs.
  • Store in the fridge for 4 days or freeze for 3 months.
  • Try a vegan or spicy variation.
