Instructions
Heat oil, sauté onion 4–5 minutes; add garlic, red pepper flakes, cook 1 minute.
Add tomatoes, vodka; simmer 10 minutes. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
Stir in cream, simmer 5 minutes.
Adjust consistency with water if needed.
Serve in a white ceramic bowl with basil, pasta, and wine.

Use high-quality tomatoes for the best flavor.
Store in the fridge for 5 days or freeze for 3 months.
