Instructions
Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Whisk eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
Combine wet and dry ingredients; don’t overmix.
Preheat waffle iron, grease lightly.
Pour 1/2 cup batter per waffle, cook 3-5 minutes until golden.
Dust with sugar, top with berries; serve with syrup, coffee.
Notes
Don’t overmix batter for fluffiness.
Store in fridge 3 days, freeze 2 months.
Try a vegan variation.
