Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups seedless watermelon cubed and chilled
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • ½ cup ice cubes optional
  • Optional: Watermelon wedge mint sprig
  • Suggested Pairings: Sparkling water herbal tea

Instructions
 

  • Chill watermelon cubes.
  • Blend watermelon, yogurt, honey, lime juice, and ice until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust mixture.
  • Pour into chilled clear glasses or white ceramic tumblers.
  • Garnish with watermelon or mint; serve with berries or tea.
