- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 –2 tbsp water
- ¼ tsp salt
- Optional: Paprika chives
- Suggested Pairings: Grilled shrimp iced tea
Whisk mayonnaise, ketchup, butter, vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and 1 tbsp water. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
Chill for 30+ minutes.
Serve in a white ceramic bowl with paprika, chives, shrimp, vegetables, and tea.
