Ingredients
Chocolate Fondue:

oz
high-quality chocolate
semi-sweet, dark, or milk—mix for best flavor
1
cup
heavy cream
2
tbsp
unsalted butter
1
tsp
vanilla extract
2
tbsp
liqueur
optional: Grand Marnier, Bailey’s, or Frangelico
Pinch
of salt
Dipping:
Fresh strawberries
bananas, pineapple chunks
Marshmallows
pretzels, biscotti
Cubed pound cake or angel food cake
Dried fruit
apricots, figs
Instructions
Chop chocolate finely.
Heat cream until simmering.
Pour over chocolate; let sit 1 min.
Stir until smooth.
Add butter, vanilla, and liqueur.
Transfer to the fondue pot.
Serve with dippers.
