Ingredients
  

  • Chocolate Fondue:
  • 12 oz high-quality chocolate semi-sweet, dark, or milk—mix for best flavor
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp liqueur optional: Grand Marnier, Bailey’s, or Frangelico
  • Pinch of salt
  • Dipping:
  • Fresh strawberries bananas, pineapple chunks
  • Marshmallows pretzels, biscotti
  • Cubed pound cake or angel food cake
  • Dried fruit apricots, figs

Instructions
 

  • Chop chocolate finely.
  • Heat cream until simmering.
  • Pour over chocolate; let sit 1 min.
  • Stir until smooth.
  • Add butter, vanilla, and liqueur.
  • Transfer to the fondue pot.
  • Serve with dippers.
