  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional: Chopped chives or parsley

Instructions
 

  • Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Taste and adjust the egg mixture with salt or pepper.
  • Melt butter in a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat.
  • Pour eggs; cook 3–5 minutes, lifting edges to set.
  • Sprinkle cheese on one half; fold over.
  • Cook 1–2 minutes until cheese melts.
  • Serve on a white ceramic plate with chives or salad.
