Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground pork sausage
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 ¼ cups baking mix e.g., Bisquick
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Optional: Parsley green onions
  • Suggested Pairings: Ranch dip iced tea

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F; line baking sheet with parchment.
  • Mix sausage, cream cheese, cheddar, baking mix, and spices; taste and adjust the seasoning.
  • Form into 1-inch balls; place on baking sheet.
  • Bake 18–22 minutes until golden.
  • Serve on a white ceramic platter with parsley, ranch dip, and iced tea.

  • Store in the fridge for 4 days or freeze for 2 months.
