Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F; line baking sheet with parchment.
Mix sausage, cream cheese, cheddar, baking mix, and spices; taste and adjust the seasoning.
Form into 1-inch balls; place on baking sheet.
Bake 18–22 minutes until golden.
Serve on a white ceramic platter with parsley, ranch dip, and iced tea.
Notes
Use softened cream cheese for easy mixing.
Store in the fridge for 4 days or freeze for 2 months.
