Ingredients
  

  • Graham Cracker Crust:
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • Key Lime Filling:
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup key lime juice
  • 1 tbsp key lime zest optional
  • Whipped Cream Topping:
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: Lime zest lime slices
  • Suggested Pairings: Iced tea berries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F; mix crust ingredients, press into a 9-inch pie dish, and bake for 8-10 minutes. Cool.
  • Whisk yolks, condensed milk, lime juice, and zest; pour into crust.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes; chill for 3 hours.
  • Whip cream, sugar, and vanilla; spread over pie.
  • Garnish with zest and slices; serve with tea and berries.

Notes

  • Use fresh key limes for the best flavor.
  • Store in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for 1 month.
  • Try a vegan variation.
