Ingredients
  

  • 4 6 oz cod fillets
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ¼ tsp paprika optional
  • Optional: Fresh parsley lemon slices
  • Suggested Pairings: Roasted vegetables white wine

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a baking dish.
  • Whisk butter, lemon juice, zest, garlic, salt, pepper, parsley, and paprika. Taste and adjust the sauce flavor.
  • Pat cod dry; place in dish. Spoon sauce over fillets.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until flaky (145°F).
  • Serve on a white ceramic platter with parsley, lemon, vegetables, and wine.

  • Use fresh cod for the best texture.
  • Store in the fridge for 2 days; do not freeze.
