Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a baking dish.
Whisk butter, lemon juice, zest, garlic, salt, pepper, parsley, and paprika. Taste and adjust the sauce flavor.
Pat cod dry; place in dish. Spoon sauce over fillets.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until flaky (145°F).
Serve on a white ceramic platter with parsley, lemon, vegetables, and wine.
Notes
Use fresh cod for the best texture.
Store in the fridge for 2 days; do not freeze.
