Instructions
Thaw and drain spinach; squeeze dry.
Melt cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise over low heat for 3-4 minutes.
Add garlic, seasonings, spinach, 3/4 cup mozzarella, and Parmesan; cook for 2-3 minutes.
Optional: Bake in an 8x8 dish at 375°F with remaining mozzarella for 15-20 minutes.
Serve in a white ceramic bowl with paprika, chips, and beer.
Notes
Squeeze spinach dry to avoid watery dip.
Store in the fridge for 3-4 days; don’t freeze.
Try a vegan variation.
Pair with carrot sticks.
