ground pork + ¼ lb shrimp
Green onions
ginger, garlic, soy, sesame oil
Wonton wrappers
Chicken broth + aromatics
Bok choy or spinach
Instructions
Mix filling; fold wontons.
Simmer broth with ginger/garlic 10 min.
Boil wontons 4–6 min.
Add greens last minute.
Serve hot with chili oil.
